Frequently Asked Questions

What is PulseTasks?

PulseTasks is an opportunity marketplace — a place to discover eligible online tasks, surveys, and partner activities, complete them, and track verified rewards in one dashboard.

How does PulseTasks work?

You create a free account, browse opportunities matched to your profile, complete a task on the partner's site, and receive a reward once the partner verifies your completion.

Are PulseTasks opportunities free to join?

Yes. Creating an account and browsing opportunities is free, with no hidden charges.

What types of tasks are available?

Surveys, consumer research, product feedback, app trials, and other partner activities — availability depends on your location, device, and eligibility at any given time.

How do paid surveys work?

Survey providers ask screening questions to match respondents to their research needs, then verify your response before a reward is credited.

Why do available tasks differ between users?

Opportunities are targeted by the advertiser running them — by country, device, and other eligibility rules — so two accounts can genuinely see different lists.

Why did an opportunity disappear?

Partners regularly update their campaigns. An opportunity can be removed if it fills up, expires, or stops targeting your region.

How are rewards verified?

The partner that provided the opportunity confirms you completed its specific requirement — PulseTasks doesn't and can't mark a task complete on its own.

When are rewards credited?

A reward starts as pending the moment you complete a task, and becomes available once the partner's verification comes back — timing varies by partner.

What is the minimum payout?

The current minimum payout threshold is $15 in wallet balance.

What payout methods are supported?

PayPal and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, USDC). Payout requests are currently reviewed manually.

Why can a reward be rejected?

If a partner determines a completion didn't meet its requirements after the fact, it can reverse the conversion, and the associated reward is reversed too.

Can I use PulseTasks on my phone?

Yes — the platform is built mobile-first and works on Android, iPhone, tablet, and desktop browsers.

Which countries are supported?

Opportunity availability depends on the partner network's targeting, which varies by country. See our Countries page for more detail.

Why am I not eligible for a particular task?

Eligibility (location, device, age, prior participation) is set by the partner providing that specific opportunity, not by PulseTasks.

How does PulseTasks protect user information?

We collect only what's needed to run your account and match opportunities, and don't sell personal information. See our About page for more detail.

How do I contact support?

Use the Contact page, or the Contact option in your account once logged in.
