Microtasks Online

Microtasks are small, quick online activities — often completable in a few minutes — such as trying an app, engaging with a piece of content, or completing a short interaction an advertiser wants real users to perform. They typically pay less per task than a longer survey or research study, but usually take less time too.

What a microtask usually requires

Each microtask lists its own completion requirement — this might be installing an app and reaching a certain point in it, or completing a specific in-app action. PulseTasks displays that requirement in plain language on the opportunity's detail page before you start, sourced directly from the partner's own description of the task.

Verification and rewards

The same rule applies as with any opportunity on PulseTasks: starting a task never marks it complete. The partner confirms the required action happened before your reward moves out of "pending." This protects both you and the platform — rewards that were never fabricated in the first place can't need to be walked back later.
